I'm so angry with MTN Westwood I took a contract with them last year November for a Samsung S2 and only had the phone for four days. So I took it back to the store with my knowledge I knew that I was suppose to get a new phone because I brought it back within 7 days of me getting the phone, but was told that they can't give me a new phone until they send it for assessment to their technical support people. A week and a half went past and went back to the store coz no one was getting back to me to only find out that I'm not going to get another phone because the technical support people said it had scratches, I looked at my phone with the consultant who was at the shop and we could not see any scratches on the phone that they were talking about. They told me they will send it for repairs now and I asked them when am I going to get it back was told I should have it within 4weeks. I still don't have my phone until today went back to the shop last week and they could not help me coz they couldn't find my phone even calling their technical support people. I'm paying for a phone that I only got to use for four days. I'm so angry, frustrated and disappointed in MTN.
