I renewed my contract with altech on 10 jan 2013. I am on a MTN talk 750 contract and have been for the last 2 years. To date i have NEVER used the full allocation of airtime. Check my statements Altech. From the day i renewed my contract i start getting billed for calls as is reflected in my latest statement. It appears to me that something has not happened in the airtime allocation when i renewed, the exact dates are simply too much of a coincidence. On enquiring with your call center i have been told that the query was escalated to MTN and they say the airtime was allocated and thus the billing is correct. I simply do not accept this and i believe an error has beeb made by Altech as a result of what i believe to be completely incomptent systems. I am further told that there is nothing your customer service can do. I need someone who can dig a bit deeper. This is my 2nd complaint in less than 6 months. I truly believe that altech is another sad example of a company who have placed more emphasis on rapid expansion and have sacrificed customer service. I regret having renewed my contract.
