A month ago I took out a second contract on my MTN account, I agreed to a top up contract that would cost me R289 per month, but the salesperson (Mercia) made a mistake and because I was in a hurry and didn't read the contract I only realized later that she signed me up for a R349 installment per month, I went back to the store and she promised to short it out I had to go to her abt 3 more times on feedback coz she never got back to me as promised and finally end of last month she brought me a paper to sign for her to change the package I signed, gave her my id for a copy, and ever since I haven't heard anything from her, yesterday I received my statement and to my shocking discovery there I found that this woman still never send in the stuff for the package to be changed, I refuse to pay any more that I should coz already last month I was told to pay the full amound till this whole mess is sorted, I'm beyond I've been a customer with MTN for more than 5years why do they allow their staff to mess their company up like this, if I don't get any feedback from this people I'm forced to use a different method to get the person involved to realize if they mess up they must fix
