BEING OVERCHARGED - NO CONTRACT FOUND

In October last year I renewed my MTN contract and got a Samsung Smartphone - I had been on a R59/month contact and reluctantly went to R99/month, as I wanted to use What'sApp. When I received the first account I discovered that I was being charged R108.99/month. Since then I have been trying to get this sorted out. When I contacted MTN accounts I was told that they did not have a copy of the contract, so couldn't help me and I had to go back to the branch. The man who had 'sold' me the new package no longer works at the branch. Leigh (who was there when I signed the contract) said that she would get me a copy of the contract. She never did. For months I have phoned and gone into the branch and tried to get a copy of the contract and get them to refund me the R10/month over-charge. According to Leigh they should credit my account and stop the additional charge. But this hasn't happened although they have cut my Internet services on my phone.

The level of customer service is really disgusting. Leigh said she would follow up on various occasions and send me an sms advising me of the status but she never has... nor has she found a contract - PLEASE HELP!
