I'm not getting feedback... Or my contract!

I have been writing about my contract on Hallo Peter for a while now.

After the previous complaint, I still haven't received any feedback about my contract.

How long can a contract be lost? Why can't you find the thing?
Are your filing system that bad?
It's almost end of the month, and I am going to pay another R289 to you, for service that are still shaky at best, and that are unreliable. Yet, I am waiting for my contract, and have been waiting for a copy of my contract since February!

Will this month be the last month?

It doesn't seem to help to complain about not getting feedback... It is IGNORED (apart, of course, from the beautifully written response in blue every time).
It doesn't seem to help to ask for a copy of my contract... It seems to me that you lost it... (Yet I will pay a huge amount if I want to stop the "contract" that doesn't seem to have any proof - where did I sign anyway???)

So, again... I am still trying to get a copy of my contract? Is that to difficult a request??
Or could you advise me on how to contact ICASA or the National Consumer Commission? Maybe they can help?
