Took my fone for repairs with headphone problem

I took my tablet phone for repairs at cell c under warranty, but what amaze me is now i receive an sms telling me that i had to pay certain amount for the service. when i took my phone in the only problem it has was it doesn't connect to headphones it was always on speaker and now the repairs are charging me for camera something that never gave me problem before. and what does the warranty cover? and how do the go and find something to fix rather than the one i was complaining with? please can you call me with the relavant info regarding my contract i want to pay it off am tired of cell c.
