I took out a contract in July for my teenaged daughter in July this year. They failed to tell me the contract was uncapped (realised later that evening when checking the data) so I consequently cancelled the very next day. They intially told me that this couldn't be done but I am very well aware of my rights. To cut a long story short, they informed that my contract was canceled and will not be debited. I was billed twice in August after them telling me it was canceled. Decided to deal with headoffice as I was having no joy with Eastgate Branch (never returned calls). I was dealing with a lady called Carol Gumede (I may have surname wrong) who informed me that the contract was canceled and no further money will be taken off my account. I was billed again this month (Oct). I have since reversed the amount with my Bank. Called again and the lady I was dealing with did not return my calls. I called again today and was informed that she was not in the office. The person I dealt with (Karabo) tells me there are no notes on the file and my contract is still open!!! I want this sorted out now! If VM blacklist me, I will Sue.
