2GB DATA CARD @R149.00 FIXED PM OVERCHARGED??

I HAVE A DATA CARD 2GB@R149.00PM FOR THE LAST 3 TO 4 YEARS. EVERY MONTH I PAY THIS FIXED AMOUNT. ON THEN 28TH OCTOBER MY DATA WAS USED UP AND I RECEIVED AN SMS TO SAY THAT THE DATA CARD HAS BEEN SOFTLOCKED AS IT DOES EACH MONTH. AN AMOUNT OF R3000 WAS DEBITED FROM MY BANKING ACCOUNT AS THE DATA C ARD WAS NEVER STOPPED? I WAS BILLED AT R4.39 PER MINUTE AFTER 2GB WAS USED UP? APPARENTLY EITHER THE DATA CARD IS FAULTY OF THE COMPUTER WAS BUSY WITH DOWNLOADS AND IT DIDNT SOFT LOCK? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE THAT A FIXED CONTRACT AND AN SMS WHICH SAYS YOU HVE BEEN SOFTLOCKED A JUST BE BILLED LEFT RIGHT AND CENTRE? HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE? ANY IDEAS/ AS I HAVE USED UP ALL MY RESOURCES TO TRY AND SORT THIS OUT? NASHUA MOBILE CALL CENTRE SAYS THAT THEY GET THE BILLING FROM VODACOM AND THAT THIS IS HOW IT IS?
