Hi,
I have my MTN contract for two months and now and I am really upset with the service received. I receive my data on the 20th every month. Last month my phone was switched off the whole day on 20 July 2013. When i finally switched on the phone and my mobile data i only had half of my allocated amount left. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO IT BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS OFF AND THE MOBILE DATA OPTION WAS SWITCHED OFF. I called the call centre and received a silly answer and i was continuously transferred to different agents. Out of frustration I dropped the call. Surprise surprise the same happened this month. My mobile data option has been switched off since 19 August 2013. I checked to see if my data has been received today and a third of it is gone already. I want answers and I want the correct data allocated. The full amount will be debited from my account so I need to get what I pay for. Someone that can assist me please contact me. I will cancel this contract if this is not rectified. Thanks
