Good day. On the 25th of this month my account was debited with a way to big an amount. I called and they told me to fax trough a bank statement, which my bank did for me and I emailed it to [Email Removed] as the agent told me to do. I've phoned in every day since just to hear that the case has not been escalated yet or has not been attended to. The rest of my debit orders is going trough tonight and most of them will be declined because 8ta took the money. This is unacceptable and not the first time. I want to cancel the contracts as I'm tired of struggling with my service provider. We had to change our bank account because of them, also did a wrongful deduction that we reversed and paid over cash and then they debited our account every week with a very big amount till our account was in an awefull state. We had to pay all that bank fees, not them. Please assist, I need that money back in my account before midnight. Ref 5299197
