I was double billed in June of 2011 for an error on Cell C's side where i got double airtime. I arranged that the airtime be taken back and my money returned to me. The airtime was taken back but I'm still awaiting for my refund. From October last year I've been billed for BlackBerry Service even though I now have a Galaxy2, after several calls to head office and call centres I was assured and sent an e-mail stating it was cancelled by 01/01/2013 yet I was debited again!!! Nobody takes accountability or gets back to me, the buck keeps getting past around. the total is now R715 which they have from me, only story i get is "it will be sent to accounts dept and sorted" yet here i am furious and waiting still, months later. PATHETIC DISPLAY OF BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!
