I had my Samsung since June 2013. Since the start I had problems. The phone seems to be off whilst it is actually on. No calls can come through, as well as no sms' or Whatsup. My phone was sent in twice for 10 days each time and it was claimed the problem was fixed. But the problem still occurred.
On 14 Nov I took it in once again and the staff member assured me that my phone was faulty. They were going to ask for a warranty replacement and I was also promised to get feedback on the same day. On the 30 Nov I went into the shop and was told that my phone will be replaced but they can only give me an answer on Monday 2 Dec. On the 5 Dec I went to the shop again and was told that they haven't got an answer yet about the type of phone they can give me since the specific phone was not available any more. On Saturday 7 Dec I went into the shop again and they promised to sort it out by Monday 9 Dec. Nothing was done. I phoned again on the 11 Dec just to hear that the manager is not available for the week and was I promised by Firol that I would get an answer by 11 Dec. I am really unhappy about the way I am treated and the bad service and empty promises I am getting.
