No-one can give me answers!

I had given my Samsung S3 for repairs and I was told that it would take an estimate of 7 days till it will get back. 3 weeks later I had still not received a call or any notification it was back from repairs or not so the following week I went back to the shop to see what was going on and then they proceeded to tell me that the shop was held up ythe week prior and my phone was. Not 1 person phoned to let me know this had happened. It is now almost 2months later and they have still not replaced my phone and I have insurance on the phone. I keep phoning the manager and still no answer, every person I speak to has no idea what is going on with regards to replacing my phone. Its is now unacceptable!!! It is not my problem that the shop was held up!
