Unhappy Customer (New Contract - OBF)

I started using my new phone on the 8th Feb & to my disappointed the phone did not allow me to answer incoming calls. On 11th Feb the phone started switching off on it's own. I had to manually switch the phone back on every time this happened. I decided to take the phone back to the store on 14th Feb as both problems continued. Feedback was promised within 4 - 5 days which NEVER happened. I had to call the store on the 21st to follow up on the progress. 2 consultants (Justin and Cornel) could not give me feedback, they promised to call me back which AGAIN never happened. After a 3rd attempt, William advised that the phone is not at the store, he then promised to call me with feedback. As per William, the technicians advised that there is nothing wrong with the phone and it cannot be replaced with a new one, instead they will only do a software upgrade. I was not happy with this and insisted on Vodacom replacing the phone. Vodacom refuses to give me a new phone and disputes that there's a problem with the phone even though I experienced problems from the 1st day of using it. This service disgusts me.
