Cell C
Faulty iphone 4S

This year I made an uneasy decision of taking a Cell C contract. The phone I chose is an iphone 4S which I was happy with until a few weeks ago. I keep missing calls because every time people call me the phone goes straight to voicemail. After calling the call centre numerous times these are the solutions I have been given:

1. The first consultant gave me a code to unbar incoming calls and this solution probably worked for 3 calls and then I was back to square one.
2. The next consultant simply shut off my voicemail and now when someone calls the phone just goes on busy but still the problem is not solved.
3. The third consultant was very confident and she gave me another code to try and needless to say that worked for 3 calls.
4. The fourth consultant also gave me a different code and said this would definitely help but no it didnt.
5. The fifth consultant at least admitted defeat and logged my call with the technical team.
6. The technician called me, made me change my network settings to Vodacom, reboot and select Cell C and it DID NOT WORK..
7. Finally I decided to do a sim Swap at Eastgate & here i am again. I think you guys just sold me a bad phone so please let's end this.
