Not fixing my line in more than a weeks time

I reported my line dead on Monday 13 January 2014. I stayed patient for a week and struggled without a phone or ADSL line until Saturday 18 January 2014 when I received a sms stating that the problem had been fixed. This was not the case. Needless to say it was impossible reaching Telkom on 10210 as the just dont answer the calls and I had to use my cell. I waited till Monday 20 Jan 2014 and phoned 10210 again. After speaking to a very helpful individual I was promised that there is a technician on his way to fix my line and the problem will be sorted out before end of business that day. Nothing happened. I repeated trying to phone them that afternoon but nobody picked up. I phoned again on Tuesday and again I was promised that the problem will be fixed that very same day. I run a business from home and this issue is costing me a lot of money. I pay Telkom in advance every month but when I want service all I get is this empty promises.
