Bad Network and Website not functioning properly

3 months ago, I logged a complain regarding the bad network in my area from Vodacom. I was notified that my area has been identfied as the area that needs modification... and that was 3 months ago... and to-date... that is still a problem... Vodacom... what must we really do with you? Please DO NOT ROB US of service which we are paying you for.

Now, you have upgraded your website and introduced the functionality of linking all the numbers, but the challenge comes when 1 has to view the details of the other numbers... which your system does not allow. It allows default back to the main number details yet you have requested the details of the other numbers. While on that... your consultant kept on asking me whether the number in question is the contract number... question for you is: DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE... YOUR SYSTEM ALLOWED THE LINKING OF THE NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE, why should the contract number be a problem now. Reference # S3-T9RCR-R9DP.

Maybe I should be asking this question to you ' WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF LINKING ACCOUNTS IF YOU ARE NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO VIEW ALL ACCOUNTS DETAILS OR IT WAS THE FUNCTIONALITY THAT WAS MISSED IN REQUIREMENT OR TESTING"
