My client and i were contacted weeks ago with the promise that the problem would be sorted out. my client was last contacted on Friday she provided her bank account details (which by the way you already had as you had taken her money) I want all money taken from her account to be refunded today failing which you will receive a formal letter of demand by tomorrow.
