Please may I have my money back

I accidentally did a wrong EFT. I paid MTN R800 as opposed to MNET. I do not have a MTN number. I contacted my bank who referred me to MTN for the refund. I have send many mails and I have received many ref numbers. I have however not received assistance or my money back. Please may I have my R800 back?
