THEY ARE DELAYING TO PAY ME BACK

I paid for a voucher to the value of R800 with reference number GRPZARVX44T7 on friday 22 November 2013 then i sent proof of payment to support @ groupon after a weeek of not receiving my voucher i emailed Prabhu to ask about the status of my purchase but he never replied, i just got the reference number request #105405 then i called groupon call centre for assistance they told me to email my banking details even today i havent received my money.

got an email from support telling me they dont know how to resolve my matter but they will get back to me .i mean i dont really expect such service from groupon as they have been in business for a long time and they should have procudure in place for solving my problem.

i wanted to purchase the sql course to improve my skiills but this turned into a night mare now, i dont want to do the course any more i want my R800 BACK before friday.

am tired of emailng and calling them as am talking with a different person all the time and they are telling me different stories.
