DISGUSTING service!!!

I was charged a few rands short of R8000 for a rental that was worth R3623... The service I received from the area manger (Annelize Bezuidenhout) made me realise that I was knocking against a brick wall, because she was adamant that I'm only getting back R800 (of which I STILL haven't received) & not the initial R4300 they took from me...

2 weeks later, after heated arguments, I received R2400 reversed back to me (even AFTER I was told there was nothing more than R800 due back to me) from my holding deposit, but have received NO form of apology from the arrogant bunch, NOR have I received the remaining money due to me...

Thank you Avis for the daylight!!! Not only have you left a bad taste in my mouth, but now I'm in talks with our company in pulling their contract with you due to your OUTSTANDING service...
