Dischem Willowbridge has taken R800 from me

On the 13th June 2013, i purchased goods to the value of R1154.70 from dischem willowbridge, i told the cashier Portia Mangqasana to swipe R800 from my mastercard gift gard as that is the ballance that was on the card, on doing so she said there where no funds, the mananger James Orange assisted me saying that if the money has been taken of he gladly will refund me. I was in shock and could not understand where my R800 had gone. James kept on saing there is a zero rand balance on my card.
I thereafter whent toTyger Valley Mall -Management office who confirmed and gave me a printout that the money was deducted by Dischem willowbridge.
I then whent bact to Dischem and James refused to give me back my money even though i had provided him with the proof that the R800 was deducted and he kept saing it is not in the bank, it has not gone through.
I have paid now twice and demand my money back. I am very very angry and do not think i will refer or even go back to dischem willowbridge to shop there. Consumers should not purchase goods at dischem with there gift gards as the system equipment software is not capable to pick up amounts spent.
