DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR AGREEMENT

I had applied for a small loan R800.00 on the internet due to a medical emergency. I then received an sms that said that i can only apply if i pay R399.00. and i needed to sent in all my personal details and docs. I then sent an SMS back - stating that i'm not interested. Because it doesn't make sense to lend R800.00 but you first have to pay R399.00.

This morning i noticed that Loan Tracer Sa has debited my bank account with the amount of R399.00. I was shocked and called the call center immediatly. The guy on the other side said that the fee was for legal, etc. I then said i haven't applied for the loan so i don't need to pay. if i didn't pay R399.00 i would not be appling for a loan. He then said well, you could reply to [Email Removed] and cancel your application and attach your bank statement to show where we deducted the money from your account and your MIGHT get your money back. I said it's not a matter of you MIGHT get your money back. I DEMAND my money back.

I want my money paid back to me. Is this your way of tricking people and TAKING their money from their bank accounts? This is unacceptable.

I'm so angry that this has happend. i need this sorted ASAP!!!
