BLACK MNET RECORDINGS FROM PVR

I'M SICK AND TIRED OF MNET MESSING UP THINGS ALL THE TIME.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 2 WEEKS.

ALL MY MNET RECORDINGS ON MY PVR JUST SHOW BLACK.

WHEN I PHONE IN THEY SAY I HAVE TO DO A SOFTWARE UPGRADE WHICH I DID LAST WEEK.

IT DOESNT HELP ME AS I STILL CANNOT VIEW ALL THE MNET PVR RECORDINGS EVEN AFTER THAT AND THEN I HAVE LOST ALL MY EPISODES OF SHOWS.

HOWEVER THE OTHER CHANNELS RECORDED ON THE SAME DAY ALL RECORD FINE.

WHAT IS UP WITH MNET???

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEIR STAFF???

SICK AND TIRED OF THIS FRUSTRATION WHEN I'M PAYING ALMOST R800 A MONTH FOR THIS SERVICE.

SIS MAN. COME ON AND FIX YOUR PROBLEMS ALREADY.
