Debit Orders

I am tired of seemingly having to fight StratCol over debits off my account at midnight or other awkward hours of the day. I hereby request that you take me off your system totally! I have never asked to be debited on either one of my accounts so I have no need to be on your automatic debit list, SO PLEASE REMOVE MY INFORMATION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!

Last week I complained about my ABSA account being debited and again it has happened, I laid a complaint with FAIS concerning last weeks Debit on my ABSA card and I will lay another complaint today with FAIS again for this illegal debit order AGAIN from your company (STRATCOL) and this time on my Capitec Account.

I am now considering opening a criminal case against you as Statcol for, and I am laying yet another complaint with FAIS and Consumer Protection.
My Capitect account was debited at 12:30 am, whilst I was still sleeping. At first I thought it was an old message based on a previous ABSA debit but on closer inspection it was a new debit from a company I have never heard about also the same amount of money as the previous company (R129.99).
