10gb internet bundle R199p/m purchased in Jan 2013after that add a Nightsurfer to pay a total of R299p/m, After three months don't use the nightsurfer anymore so phone Telkom Mobile to cancel. THe person says she'll sms me a reference number bur never does. For another two months I pay R299. Phone them again, person to lazy to track my previous phone call but says it has never been cancelled. So I cancel it again. At last in Dec 2013 pay correct amount of R199pm. 15 January 2014 debit order of R400! What for? Phone on 17 Jan to hear, the lady sees the payment, says that something went wrong, Ill be refunded, promise to send me a reference number and never does. Dont hear anything from them - Phone again on 23 Jan, speak to "lindiwe". This time this lady doesnt even see the debit order of R400, and says my account was overdue R100 (!!??) - oh yes and my night surfer has never been stopped!? Ask when I'll be refunded... no answer. I ask for a reference number over the phone, she asks me to hold the line and puts me on hold. I stay on hold for 10 min before I just hang up the phone. 5 phone calls over 5 months-30 min per phone call for nothing.
