Cancelled policy but Still being Debited!!!

I had a Liquid Capital Policy which I cancelled at the end of October after another problem I had which I also reported here on HelloPeter.

Once they resolved my first complaint they refunded a portion of my policy fees as I received nothing for all the money I had paid over to them. I do Thank Liquid Capital for responding to my previous complaint and resolving it within the same day however they have debited my account again yesterday.

What is worse is that they did not just debit once but put two debit orders for two different amounts through on my account! Why am I still being debited after I cancelled the policy and they already refunded my money?

I would like some answers and the problem rectified immediately. I have read quite a few other complaints on HelloPeter from others who are also still being debited so this company is starting to look very fishy to me. I do not have a lot of money and do not receive a Christmas bonus, so when you debit over R300 on two separate occasions, trust me I will notice it on my bank statement.
