I bought a cell phone contract from Virgin mobile, Samsung S3 to be specific, the phone was delivered on the 7/12/13 but I cannot use it as it says sim card not activated. I called Virgine mobile many times and they kept on say they will fix the proble.am even thinking of cancelling this contract.am very disapointed with their service
