Double debited - and over charge

On the 15/08/13 autopage debited my account with R4400.00 - I made an enquiry on the same day -after making the call to autopage i had requested an itemised billing to check if there was any discrepancy - to date i still have not received my itemised billing. On the 31/08/13 autopage debited my account again with with R4400 and on the same day and an additional R1800.00 .I have been trying to resolve this issue from the 15/08/13 and no one from autopage can give me a straight answer. im afraid that if this goes on any longer they will keep on debting my account for no apperant reason
