I have a Telkom landline and an mweb 4gig uncapped sadly line. Both mweb and telkom have tested my line which shows that it can receive the 4 gigs. The exchange around the corner from where I live at a distance of 200m. I have been complaining to mweb and telkom about the fact that I only have a speed of a max of 1 gig where as I am paying for 4 gigs. Every time I have complained to mweb they say it is telkom and vise versa. Mweb then suggested to me for an additional cost of which if I allow them to take over my telkom line, they would affective lay be able to sort my issue out. I have been a client with mweb for over a year of which I have always paid my account and the issue has never been resolved. I have even gone as far as hiring an I.T. Specialist to see if there was a problem with my equipment but there was found to be no problem. I have had no feedback to date.
