Contract Sold Under False Pretenses

I recently acquired a contract from Cell C for the specific purpose of it having international roaming, The sales man assured me that it would have roaming, when I phoned to check today if the roaming was activated as I am leaving the country tomorrow, they advised me that this contract does not allow roaming. THIS IS BREACH OF CONTRACT. It is all per recorded. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP.
