My download speed has been slow for 2 months now. I've logged 3 calls with MWEB. the fault keeps moving from Telkom to MWEB and MWEB to Telkom. i have a 2mbps line. and I'm only running on 0.3mbps - 0.8mbps.

The first 3 months the line was running fine. How does MWEB expect me to pay R600 for a service that I'm not getting and I'm furious. I keep getting a reply that the specialist will have a look at the problem but the line is just getting worse. Every 10min the line disconnects. I work in IT and they cant me. They either looking into the fault or NOT.
