Nearly 4 weeks and still no repair done

I have a ref number 86CTZ261113. OUr line has been faulty for over a month now. still nothing done. got and SMS on 02 /12 stating telkom is aware of the cable related fault. But still nothing has been fixed. Seriously guys. We pay a monthly fixed fee and I am sure when telkom takes the debit order they cannot care whether they have provided a service. Surely this must be against the CPA. please i just want the line to be fixed.
