BUSINESS 1 MONTH WITHOUT TELKOM LINE & ADSL!!!

Hi. I have reported a problem with my telkom line and adsl on the 15th of May. Today, the 3rd of June, my business is STILL WITHOUT A LINE AND ADSL. My telkom acc = 519901305664, Tel nr. = 012-8002333, Escalation nr. = ARS 227918. After numerous calls, complaints and a escalation promise I received a call from telkom customer services. They promised my business line will be fixed on the 3rd of June. This is today, and THE LINE IS STILL NOT FIXED - AFTER A MONTH WITHOUT BUSINESS i have no option to sue telkom for lost business. I am in contact with my attorneys and they will deliver a letter accordingly. Meanwhile the Standard and Capitec branches rigth next to me, were connected on the 15th of May after reporting the same problem. Telkoms excuse that my cable was more damaged than these companies cable, is utterly nonsense. According to telkom they had to obtain permission from City Council to repair the cable - which is utterly nonsense as well, as these 2 companies cable was opened and fixed. I demand an explanation now and will take this matter to every TV station and customer service, because someone is NOT DOING THEIR JOB or someone is telling me rubbish!!!
