Telkom appeared at our complex and without notice cut our lines. After questioning the technician he replied in saying that they are replacing a faulty cable. They left and our line is out of order. We reported the fault and was given a ref no 808CRK300413. Nobody fixed the lines yet and we went to telkom store but with bad attitude they said we must phone 10210 to report the fault. When phoning we are cut of each time as the fault is logged already. Who can you speak to resolve this as Telkom's system closes all access to them with their incompetent system. Why do we have to pay for line rental when we do not have the use of it and the fault started with Telkom. It is time for proper telecoms suppliers to give us options to select. Very frustrating!
