ADSL does not work switched to LTE not working

Good day

I had an adsl line and was happy with same, then the line got damaged on 10th November 2013 I reported it on the same day, the Telkom people used there one line " I am sorry for the inconvenience" and the said they are escalating the fault, I then reported the fault for another 10 days and all they said was they are sorry for the inconvenience. Nobody says what the due date is when it will be fixed. The say that the technicians are working on it (for 10 days), then I finally after threatening them got to the manager who gave me a private line to call him on, only to find he will not answer it for the next 10 days. Yes my adsl was down for that many days. I then got fed up and found the fault myself (where the cables were damaged) they only start working on the problem every day at 10h00. So finally they decided that the cable could not be fixed and had to be replaced by another batch of guys, who then informed me at the SITE THAT I WENT TO (no one called me) that it would take at least another 2 weeks before it would be fixed. SO I cancelled the adsl and went over to LTE. Know the LTE is not working, IS THERE A WAY TO CUT TELKOM OUT AND GET SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE
