8ta spend limit reset every month

I have 2 numbers on contract from 8ta on the same account for the past 7 months. Each month I have to call in to have my spend limit set for each phone. Each time I'm assured that it will happen automatically next month. I dont blame the call centre operators who just follow the procedure using the software provided to them. There is obviously a bug in the system for whatever is peculiar about the way my account was created. I have fault report reference numbers and recordings of the various calls to the call centre. I've tried to escalate this but cant get past the operators. What makes this glitch frustrating is that I get through almost immediately to the operators who are well spoken, polite and helpful. The 8ta service all round is great except for this silly glitch. Come on guys make me a loyal customer!
