Still waiting for my cellphone!!!

I phoned MTN contact Centre on 13 Nov to upgrade to a new phone and package.. they promised to deliver my phone within 5 to 7 days but I haven't received it yet. What surprised me is the fact that they took money from my bank acc for the phone that is not in my hands!!! I phoned them on the 3rd of Dec to follow up, after numerous calls I made to MTN eventually somebody called me saying they have the phone but they do not have the colour I am looking for. I phoned their switchboard no because i was tired of talking to the call centre and i was told to send an E-mail to [Email Removed] but still no feedback. I advised them that I want to speak to a General Manager of MTN (Johnny Wilson) but still there's no response. Why must I go through this but they have taken my money. I was planning to receive this phone before I go on holidays. I am deeply disappointed with the shocking service from MTN and I wonder how many customers are going through this. Cancel my subscription now!!!
