Hi there,

I went into the Telkom Kenilworth branch yesterday to increase my spend limit on my contract. They could not assist me as it kept saying internal error.

The lady who assisted me took down my details and said she would call once it has been done. More than 24 hours later and still no feedback and when I try to call the branch no one answers.

This is not the first time I have had this problem, all I want is to have my spend limit increased as I need to use my phone for work purposes and am unable to so at the moment.

I did advise her that I need this done immediately and she assured me it would be done yesterday. There is a long list of things that was just never done since applying for this contract.

Can someone at Telkom please assist with having my spend limit increased A.S.A.P!!
