A telkom technician was at our premises on Saturday the 20th July who informed us that our fault was underground & that a cable needed to be replaced & another technician would be assigned.i have been following up with Telkom the entire of last week, escalated it TWICE but to no avail the only sms we received is that they are still waiting for the technician to attend to the fault, When we called in on Saturday to follow up, all the operators at the call centre 10217 adsl tech support where giving us different stories, 3 or
4 of them just cut us off when we were speaking to them, That is downright unprofessional, the one operator said they no one escalated it in the week yet i called twice and the operators one who was named Jacob confirmed that he did escalate it, we don't know who to believe her, these operators are incompetent and cannot carry out their jobs, another lady we spoke to on Saturday said they are working on it.these employees of telkom are giving them a very bad name, we told the last lady we spoke to on Saturday to get the escalations manager to call us Monday morning, no one called. I also have a billing query as they billed us x 3.I rate there service 0/10
