From what I can figure out my exchange is extremely congested. Between 4pm and 5-6am weekdays and the entire weekend my adsl speeds are extremely slow to such an extent that sometimes it takes about 5 minutes completing a speed test on the saix website. 3 other people (who I know personally, and all of whom have given consent to use their lines in fault reporting) on the same exchange are having the same problem.

I've logged multiple complaints (currently busy with the third one) where the first two had "fixed" the problem, however nothing has changed in terms of adsl speeds.

The current fault instance has been active since the third of December 2013. I have not received any call from a technician other than one where I got told "because I have downloaded (steam) games in the past I cannot expect fast adsl in the present". After escalating the fault after the conversation with the first technician on Friday, December 6th I have not yet received any other feedback than the fault has been assigned to a technician.

I'm extremely frustrated with the situation as I have done all that I can with no results on multiple occasions.
