Over the past 2months I have continuously reported a a fault with my Adsl line speed to no avail
Within the last month and a half they have determined that it is due to congestion at the exchange.

The speeds during 17:00-23:00 are horrendous where even viewing a website takes minutes. During the morning or afternoon the speeds return to normal (however this does not help as I am at work)

Telkom say that they are looking into it. However I have been asking for above update or time frame on when the issue wil be fixed for over a month, but no response has been forthcoming from either Telkom or Mweb (isp)

I ask Telkom to please provide me with a time frame on when this problem will be resolved and charge me for the service I am getting (say 56kbps) till this problem had been fixed
