TAKING LONGER THAN 12 DAYS TO FIX A ADSL LINE

Our company moved into NORTHGATE BUSINESS PARK, We requested a new ADSL which took a week to install. this worked for one day and has not worked since that day.
we reported it 12 days ago,
only to be told that they
checking the fault
technician has to be given the job
a day later technician still has to be given the job
the exchange blew up
they checking lines
maybe the lines have been
then the exchange is working and technician has to be assigned
then they don"t know what fault is.
AND THIS JUST GOES ON AND ON
