Disrespectful and unwillingness to assist

Contacting the iburst call centre at about 08:30 on the 09/12/13 to make billing enquiries, this unpleasant and rude staff member Mpho Ntsane blatantly refuses to assist me, even after I offer suggestions on how she could go about assisting me, she refuses and at all times regurgitating why she can't help me. At no point in time did she apologise for not being able to assist and give clarity on when their systems will be back up. she rudely transfers me without telling me only to get cut off and again have to call again. These our basic and minimum customer service skills Mpho and iburst are failing to meet, her behaviour and therefore iburst's behaviour for employeeing unskilled and rude people is bad business. I've been on a continuos contract and for me to have such service is completely unacceptible. Mpho failed on many accounts and iburst has failed me to, I can't log on to the internet as per usual for my business, above all, Mpho's rudeness and attitude are what sickens me. Completely appalled that a supposed customer service agent belives they can speak that way to a customer - iburst must be allowing it.
