I would like to complement 2 vodacom consultants for the great service i got. about a month ago i had to do an upgrade and i had a lot of hassles with the call centre and i then logged a complaint and advised them to cancel the services. i called in today to give my notice of cancellation and wow it was like i called a different company as Sipho Sicolo was friendly and really willing to assist me but he could not assist with cancelling and referred me to the correct department where i got in contact with Zama Buthelezi who also gave me the best service money can buy and i decided not to cancel but take my upgrade as there is some light in vodacom. the agents mentioned above is assets to vodacom and i really hope they invest in more people that is eager to assist a needy client that is not clued up on there processes and procedures and educate them. wonderful service.
