I'm still struggling to upgrade, laid a complaint and a consultant called me but was not willing to answer my questions because I did not understand. She told me that if I go upgrade at a vodacom store I won't qualify for upgrade, but she was calling from a Vodacom call centre, that raised a lot of questions but she was not willing to assist because she wanted to upgrade me. As a customer I have a right to understand what is going on before agreeing to anything.i have now decided to cancel but struggling because I don't have a Vodafone number to call from and when I called on Saturday I was advised that the department was closed, no email or other options to request the cancellation. I bought the phone as a present to my sister but she cannot do anything on her side as I'm the account holder.
