Vodacom uses called rewards company to fool

I have a data contract with vodacom. Last year I was foned by lady sayin she was from vodacom & tht vodacom wud like to give me mor bundles with da same t no xtra costs. As shockin as it was I agreed. Wot I didn't knw is tht tht was automatically an upgrade. I had a problem with my moderm & went.to vodacare in vanderbijlpark to have it fixed, I was then told tht I cannot be assisted since I now have a contract with rewards company. The funny thing is tht vodacom is the one who debits the money from my account every month bt they refuse to assist. I don't knw who this reward company is bt I wud like vodacom to take responsibility for them since I have a contract with them and not reward company. I foned vodacom so many times bt am being told its been investigated, its bn ova a month now. I want vodacom to cancel my contract or reverse the so called upgrade and give me a new moderm. Vodacom`s callcentre is very useless when it comes to resolve such issues.
