UPGRADE ON MY CONTRACT

My Vodacom contract ended on 30/11/2013, so I sent through a request to cancel this contract at the end on October since I do not require an upgrade. To my surprise, I received an SMS during the month of October thanking me for upgradign and confirming that a SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 has been delivered to me. I called Vodacom to enquire about this and they confirmed that it was a. I reported this to the police and sent through my ID and affidavit to the Vodacome department. I still have not heard from Vodacom again, I went to the store in Woodlands and in Irene, the consultants are reluctant to assist me, and the call centre is also clueless. Please assist me because I need this contract to be cancelled last month already!
