NO delivery of ordered product

I was contacted by Elite Mobile and ordered a contract phone 21 November. I was promised delivery of this phone but to date no delivery has taken place after more than 2 weeks of waiting. No one has contacted me to notify me what the problem for the delay may be. I had emailed the call/support centre but to no avail. I would have expected some sort of written response yet nothing. Please revert when I will get my Samsun S4 LTE.
