Bad repiars

Poor service very poor service!!! I hate MTN .2 weeks ago my Blackberry 9790 fell on DRY tiles, and the screen went blank. still under warrenty the consultant stated that the screen would be repaired and i would receive the phone back in 2 weeks. TODAY i call the repairs center spoke to a lady and she stated that the phone picked up water damage, water damage really. I though to myself HVRC MTN's so called repair center. I am so upset I want to swear .my phone never, NEVER NEVER touched water, and they tell me its water damage. I refused to believe this. Your service is poor, no not poor, to be honest. You want be paid every month but you cant even fix a lcd screen .you MTN!!!all my numbers are with MTN i will be moving to another company believe THAT!
